About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at Capital Foodservice Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate the timely and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse and distribution network.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Accurately prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure seamless delivery of goods.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant logistics data.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient handling.
Requirements
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software: Proficiency in using ERP software to manage logistics operations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
