Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at 8344795 CANADA INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operations
  • Organize and coordinate tasks to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and transportation
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including procurement and supply chain management
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and trends
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews and coordinate work assignments
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
