  6. Key Accounts: Maintain a thorough analysis of key accounts in the market and group movements in the region.
  7. Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with competitor activities, sales, and action plans.
  8. Contact Database: Continuously update the database of contacts and local group leads to implement an efficient solicitation program.
  9. Customer Engagement: Entertain and ensure sales team entertains potential and current customers based on business priorities.
  10. Credit and Billing: Ensure implementation of correct credit, billing, and collection procedures.
  11. Booking and Filing: Ensure implementation of correct booking and filing procedures, including group room and meeting program history, catering setup, and themes.
  12. Credit Meetings: Attend monthly credit meetings with Executive Committee members and present follow-up in a concise and efficient manner.
  13. Key Account Development: Define and target key accounts and develop effective solicitation with the Sales Managers.
  14. New Markets: Research and explore new markets and potential accounts for sales team to follow-up.
  15. Team Image: Ensure sales team projects a warm, professional, and welcoming image.
  16. Departmental Standards: Be demanding and critical when it comes to departmental standards.
  17. Operations Manuals: Ensure Departmental operations manuals are prepared and updated annually.
  18. Filing System: Maintain an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual and electronic.
  19. Meetings: Ensure all meetings are well-planned, efficient, and results-oriented.
  20. Contracts and Documents: Keep and safeguard all contracts and financial documents.
  21. Training Needs: Identify training needs and plan training programs for the Sales Team.
