About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Gino's Pizza 181. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage food and kitchen supplies, and maintain high standards of quality control.

Lead and Train Staff

Train and supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Manage Inventory and Reports

Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit regular reports to management.

Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and a positive experience.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Work Environment and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
