As an **Auto Claims Advisor**, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers during their time of need. Your role will involve providing outstanding service, guiding clients through the claims process, conducting thorough investigations, and determining the most appropriate actions to take.
To effectively meet our customers' needs, you will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule during business hours, ensuring availability from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers throughout the claims process by investigating their auto collision claims and addressing their needs.

- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about the latest best practices in claims management.
- Participate in special projects and provide insights to support Aviva's commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience in customer service (e.g., retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital environments and online task management.
