About the Role

Premier Equipment Ltd. is a leading provider of agricultural, lawn and commercial grounds care, and compact construction equipment. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Familiarity with agricultural, turf, and landscaping practices, or John Deere or competitive AG and Turf products.
