The Support Team is on the lookout for a customer-focused, bilingual (French/English) Technical Support Associate II to deliver comprehensive technical assistance for our premier X-Series product, which encompasses both Retail and E-commerce components. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about customer service and technology. If you thrive on resolving technical inquiries, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and be well-versed in Windows, Mac OS X & iOS, computer hardware, and fundamental networking principles. You will report directly to the Team Lead and engage with our customers daily through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service through email, phone, and chat.
  • Employ consistent troubleshooting methods to swiftly identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Accurately document and track customer inquiries and their resolutions.
  • Adhere to established Support processes and procedures.
  • Follow escalation protocols as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to enhance daily operations and improve customer experiences.
  • Communicate with relevant team members regarding ongoing customer and product concerns.
  • Achieve proficiency in all core product areas and three additional product areas within the first six months.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Background in a technical support setting.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Mac OS X.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both English and French.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to maintain productivity metrics, handle times, and first response times as outlined by management.
  • Commitment to Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction metrics as defined by management.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to ask questions.
  • Team-oriented mindset, collaborating with colleagues to provide outstanding customer service and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
  • Accountability, punctuality, and effective time management skills.
  • Capability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for emerging technologies.
