Office Coordinator

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within Sahib Collection LTD. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee and streamline daily business functions.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and guide team members to achieve operational goals.
- Mail Handling: Organize and distribute correspondence and other materials.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm meetings and appointments.
- Training Development: Implement and manage staff training programs.
- Payroll Oversight: Supervise payroll processes and administration.
- Recruitment: Assist in the hiring process and related staffing activities.
- Work Environment Evaluation: Assess and improve workplace programs and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
This role includes providing training that fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace, particularly for newcomers and refugees.
