Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within Sahib Collection LTD. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee and streamline daily business functions.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and guide team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Mail Handling: Organize and distribute correspondence and other materials.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm meetings and appointments.
  • Training Development: Implement and manage staff training programs.
  • Payroll Oversight: Supervise payroll processes and administration.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the hiring process and related staffing activities.
  • Work Environment Evaluation: Assess and improve workplace programs and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
