Key Responsibilities

The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing a variety of tasks related to the distribution of training materials, services, and relevant information. This role will provide assistance and consultation to program execution leaders regarding upcoming training design and development initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining program documentation, data, and standards, while also interfacing with subcontractors and clients, which may involve preparing and presenting necessary documentation.

This position requires support for instructional designers and execution leaders in the creation and development of training solutions. It serves a dual purpose: to organize and maintain curriculum data within program control documents and to act as a BNH advisor throughout the program's transition phase. Additionally, it includes planning standards, documentation, and quality assurance support for the Instructional Systems Design team. Key duties encompass:

Assisting in program planning activities and consulting with project leadership in preparation for project execution Managing BNH Advisor data entry, organization, and maintenance Drafting standards documents and instructional design job aids, along with other documentation and process support tasks Supporting quality assurance and standards compliance Attending client meetings and training sites as needed to support training design and development efforts Performing miscellaneous duties as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Familiarity with ADDIE and related training program development processes Previous involvement in Canadian Military Training Programs Experience in developing and documenting writing standards and best practices for courseware Proficiency in reviewing and validating instructional content against established standards Skills in data organization and data entry A professional degree in a relevant field (education, instructional design, etc.) is preferred Eligibility to obtain a security clearance for access to sensitive documents and compliance with ITAR regulations Proficiency in English

Desired Competencies:

Comfortable using CFITES Ability to work independently under tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with technology and quick to learn new software (experience with BNH Advisor and/or relational databases is a plus) Customer service experience is advantageous
