Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport various construction materials to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes and other machinery to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Apprentice Guidance: Instruct and mentor apprentices in construction techniques and safety practices.
  • Material Mixing: Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt for construction projects.
  • Cranes Assembly: Assist in the assembly of tower cranes on-site, ensuring proper setup and safety.
  • Pipeline Assistance: Help align pipes during pipeline construction to meet project specifications.
  • Framing Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
