About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Saskatoon Customer Solutions Center as a Customer Service Representative. This is a maternity contract for a 1-year term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our outside sales team by coordinating between customers and our sales/service teams to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Complete all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner, including processing orders and creating sales quotes.
  • Creates Service Work Orders for Technicians and proofreads sales & service orders for completeness and any anomalies or errors.
  • Track and expedite orders, enter data and edit orders, and ensure any special requirements for Service Technicians are ordered.
  • Provide administrative support for sales by calling customers for final payment and making arrangements, assisting co-workers with workload, and communicating with customers to ensure all parties are provided with accurate information.
  • Schedule service and book Service Technicians by confirming Service Technicians' time requirements, looking for opportunities to maximize a complete and full schedule, and entering appointments using an online schedule.
  • Confirm and communicate schedule with customers, ensure all product is available, ordered correctly and on time, and manage the main phone line and direct calls accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • Strong customer service background (1 – 2 years preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and courteously
  • Sales and/or building construction experience would be an asset
