Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
  • College diploma or certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and bending
