Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our sales team at Jolera Inc. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, coordinating sales efforts, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely communication
  • Coordinate sales efforts and collaborate with internal teams
  • Assist with onboarding processes and ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Represent the sales team on onboarding kickoff calls and provide updates
  • Coordinate monthly billing and assist with change requests and delivery acceptance forms
  • Continuously improve current processes and identify areas for growth
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles in sales or IT operations
  • Confident knowledge of technology services sales and general negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High-touch customer skills related to urgency and managing expectations
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
