Job Title: Program Coordinator

Macaulay Child Development Centre is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing and delivering programs that support the needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that promote community engagement and support
  • Work collaboratively with community partners to develop and strengthen community relationships
  • Provide individualized supports to program participants
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
  • Attend agency staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field, such as Social Work
  • Member in good standing with professional college (if applicable)
  • Five (5) years' experience providing parent support and/or community development
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals and groups and extensive knowledge of community resources
