Chief Executive Officer

Care BC is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization into a new era of growth and innovation. As the ideal candidate, you will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in healthcare management, fundraising, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including fundraising, program development, financial management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organization's mission and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including donors, funders, and community leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to guide strategy and set priorities.
  • Mentor and empower staff to achieve their best work.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, fundraising, and community engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term planning.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors and staff teams.
