About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with the daily operations of our art gallery. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and advertising promotional programs, performing clerical activities, and planning and organizing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and advertise promotional programs to attract visitors and promote our exhibitions
- Perform clerical activities, such as manual and electronic filing, and record payments received
- Plan and organize daily operations, including setup and takedown of exhibitions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Computer and technology knowledge, including Mac OS and Adobe Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
