LPN Job Opening at Staff on Call

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Long-Term Care/ Assisted Living Facility. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a difference in the lives of elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
  • Supervise care staff to ensure residents' needs are met and provide guidance as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in Dementia care is a plus.
Job Details:
  • Position: LPN
  • Location: Flexible, with opportunities to work in various settings.
  • Contract: Shorter term options available
  • Compensation: $45.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Flexible, including day, evening, night shifts
  • Language Requirement: French not required
