We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Tim Hortons - Gillian Fintelman. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the high standards of our customers.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure a smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral communication skills to effectively train and supervise staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing kitchen demands and priorities.
- Dependability and reliability to ensure a smooth operation of the kitchen.
