Job Summary

The CAA Club Group is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a subject matter expert, you will possess technical management skills and lead the build and execution of QA programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of QA programs to ensure quality and technical excellence in insurance operations.
  • Perform quality and technical evaluations on technical insurance professionals to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct trend analysis to identify performance gaps and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Design and deliver QA results and reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain QA evaluation forms, guides, and project documents.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of comprehensive Property Damage Claims experience or a combination of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Post-Secondary diploma/degree or CIP designation, or equivalent combination of education and business industry experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office product suite, Data Analysis & Trending.
  • Experience in analyzing key quality performance metrics and implementing quality procedures and processes.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication skills to present evaluation recommendations.
  • Fully Bilingual in English and French is a strong asset.
  • Preferred: Experience with Lean Six Sigma statistical analysis tools.
