Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TRUE WAY INSTALLATIONS INC. as a Help Desk Technician. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide technical support for business systems, networks, and internet connectivity, including setup and configuration of equipment and software.
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations for web servers to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Accurate and client-focused with a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
