About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Burlington, Canada. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering mechanical engineering design solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of mechanical engineering designs and deliverables for projects.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our engineering capabilities.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in the mining and metals industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
