Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Functional Architect to join our team at Abaculus Consultancy Corporation. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of functional architecture experience, particularly with ServiceNow, spanning a minimum of 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate extensive expertise in functional processes and operational utilization of core ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Lead the implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) effectively.
- Manage and guide teams in functional domains such as service desk and asset management.

Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM and ITAM.
- Proven experience in collaborating with end users to gather requirements, address their challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
- Strong background in service management processes and service delivery.
