- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong business acumen, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with high retail traffic and sales days.
