About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at RedBranch Executive Search & Recruitment. As a Project Manager - Real Estate Development, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting
    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Real Estate Development
  • Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to take initiative, be resourceful, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
    • High proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools and technologies
    • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills
    • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Construction Project Management Experience
    • Experience in construction project management is an asset
  • Software Proficiency
    • High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
    • Ability to learn new tools and technologies
