Job Summary:

As a Team Leader at Groupe Dynamite Inc., you will play a key role in contributing to the success of our stores by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer. Your main focus will be on building and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers, while also contributing to the day-to-day operations of the store.

You will be responsible for optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store. Additionally, you will contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the success of the store by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers
  • Optimize inventory management to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the brand and visual/merchandising presentation standards & directives in the store
  • Contribute to the management of the inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of retail experience is an asset
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
  • Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Loves to keep things organized; is a hands-on teammate, who takes a proactive approach to all tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
  • Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
  • Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
