Restaurant Operations Assistant

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing daily tasks, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintained
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees

**Requirements**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
* Ability to work 40 hours per week
* Fluency in English
