About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to a high standard, meeting the quality control standards of McDonald's Restaurant.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other financial matters, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
