RAYN CULTIVATION LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts receivable and payable, and performing general office duties.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare general ledger, journal entries, and trial balance to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Account Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and processing payments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Financial Analysis: Review financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Office Administration: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Basic security clearance, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, large workload, attention to detail, client focus, reliability, team player.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
