Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Diya Restaurant and Sweets Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Experience: We are looking for someone with at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
