- Technical Skills: Utilize Google Docs, Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and database software to support administrative tasks.
- Security and Safety: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols, ensuring the protection of sensitive information.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
