About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Gaffar's Food Supplies Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Cost Control: Manage food and labor costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that our restaurant remains profitable.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute events, such as weddings and corporate functions, ensuring that they are executed to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
