Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at RTY LOGISTICS LTD as a Strategic Business Operations Manager. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers and executive staff
  • Project cash flow and financing requirements
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Develop risk management plans and financial procedures
  • Direct and advise staff in administrative services
  • Evaluate financial risk and approve promotional campaigns
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
