Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Business Requirements: Assist in the development of business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Business Cases: Assist in the development of business cases, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation and timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a business analyst role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
