This is an exciting chance to be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of public transit. RideCo, a leading provider of on-demand transit software, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect/Developer to drive our Salesforce ecosystem and enhance its functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Perform configuration tasks, provide technical guidance, and establish best practices for coding, security, and maintainability.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Salesforce Architect or Developer Certifications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Formulas.
  • Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies.
  • Expertise in developing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
