Transformative Transportation Technology Opportunity

RideCo is revolutionizing public transit with its cloud-based software platform, and we're seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect/Developer to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Configure workflows, custom objects, validation rules, process automation, and security settings.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Establish best practices for coding, security, scalability, and maintainability in Salesforce development.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Salesforce Architect or Developer Certifications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, and Formulas.
  • Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies.
  • Expertise in developing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
