Job Title: Senior Salesforce Architect/Developer

RideCo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect/Developer to join our Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our Salesforce ecosystem, aligning business processes with technical solutions, and enhancing the overall Salesforce platform's functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Perform configuration tasks such as workflows, custom objects, validation rules, process automation, and security settings.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Establish best practices for coding, security, scalability, and maintainability in Salesforce development.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot and fix complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models, process flows, and design specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Salesforce Architect or Developer Certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II, Application/System Architect).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, Flows and Formulas, appexchange products, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services.
  • Experience in designing and implementing integrations with external systems.
  • Expertise in developing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
