The role of the Youth Success Coach is pivotal in fostering educational achievement and personal growth among Indigenous students. This part-time position is designed to provide dedicated support across two educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Implement tailored strategies to enhance the educational experience for Indigenous youth.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to create an inclusive environment that respects and promotes Indigenous culture.
- Facilitate workshops and programs aimed at empowering students and encouraging their academic success.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and the challenges faced by Indigenous youth in education. Experience in coaching or mentoring roles is highly valued.
Work ScheduleThis position requires a commitment of 17.5 hours per week, divided between two schools, ensuring a balanced approach to supporting students.
