Sales Team Lead

Celestial Mart and cafeteria Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Authorize the return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers and ensure that all sales are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and present them to management.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
