Are you enthusiastic about HVAC systems and dedicated to providing exceptional client support? This opportunity is tailored for you. As an Inside Sales Representative at Swegon Group, you will be instrumental in delivering customized noise and vibration mitigation solutions for HVAC applications.
Position Overview
We seek a proficient Inside Sales Representative with expertise in HVAC, noise management, and vibration mitigation. In this role, you will work closely with our representative network throughout North America to provide bespoke solutions that cater to our clients' specific requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Assess client requirements and propose Swegon engineered products
- Collaborate with the Swegon representative network to deliver noise and vibration control solutions
- Provide technical support and prepare quotations for customers
Engineering and Solution Development:
- Employ CPQ software to identify noise and vibration isolation solutions
- Examine engineering schematics and ensure adherence to industry regulations
- Enhance system efficiency and resolve noise-related challenges
Selection and Integration of Solutions:
- Assess materials for noise management and vibration control
- Coordinate with representatives to confirm alignment with project specifications
Collaborative Efforts:
- Formulate project bidding strategies with Regional Sales Managers
- Prepare pricing and quotes for project needs
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and consultants
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, HVAC, noise management, or vibration control
- Understanding of HVAC systems, noise management principles, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills and experience in project management
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-driven and capable of working independently or collaboratively
