Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer / Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, author, and execute commissioning, qualification, and validation studies in areas such as utilities, facilities, equipment, automation, process, and cleaning validation.
- Provide technical expertise for change controls, investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
- Work on complex assignments requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation.
- Manage project completion within quality, time, and budget constraints.
- Lead large-scale projects or multiple projects with complex features.
- Coach and mentor on qualification and validation procedures.
- Interact with various stakeholders internally and externally.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in job knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Applied Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in a GMP regulated environment. Must have experience in qualification and validation processes.
- Fluency in both French and English preferred.
