Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Ensure that all restaurant operations are running efficiently and effectively, including inventory management, supply chain management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, including proper handling and storage of food, cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
