Compucom Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of end-to-end IT managed services, empowering businesses to thrive in the digital age. We're seeking a skilled Sales Executive to drive growth and success in our Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Develop and deliver value-added sales presentations, proposals, and solutions to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal resources to identify solutions and meet customer needs, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, ensuring timely completion of order entry, invoicing, and customer processes.
- Other projects and assignments may be assigned to accommodate the changing needs of the department and the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working with customer relationship management at multiple levels, including VP/CIO.
- Proven sales and account management skills, with a strong understanding of IT services and major OEM technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate digital tools and social media platforms.
- History of successfully selling into Fortune 1000 companies, with a strong understanding of service desk, dispatched services, life cycle services, and major OEM technologies.
