Position Overview

As a Printing Operations Supervisor at DK Sign and Print Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the printing process and managing a dedicated team. Your expertise will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is based in an in-house printing facility, where you will collaborate closely with your team to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations and manage printing projects.
  • Facilitate apprenticeship training for new employees.
  • Coordinate and schedule workflow activities to optimize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet production timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and professional advice to team members.
  • Order and manage materials and supplies necessary for production.
  • Address work-related issues and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
