Job Title: Supervisor, Printing Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Printing Operations to join our team at Krystalite Gt Inc.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Printing Operations will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the printing operations, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of printing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a printing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
