Job Title: Printing Press Operations Supervisor

DK Sign and Print Inc is seeking a skilled Printing Press Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our printing press department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, overseeing apprenticeship training, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of printing press operators and other team members
  • Oversee the training and development of apprentices in printing press operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate and schedule printing press operations to meet production deadlines
  • Provide technical and professional advice to team members and management
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in printing press operations or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
