Job Title: Supervisor, Printing Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Printing Operations to join our team at Krystalite Gt Inc.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Printing Operations will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the printing operations team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review production reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize production efficiency.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and improve productivity.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to train and develop team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a printing or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production planning and control.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Language:

English.

Work Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
