Christie Innomed Inc., a prominent entity in the field of medical imaging and informatics in Canada, is in search of a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to oversee invoicing related to equipment sales and services in the United States. This role encompasses the management of invoicing for installation projects, service agreements, and service requests, in addition to processing Purchase Orders and managing parts inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee invoicing for equipment sales and service income
- Manage Purchase Order processing for parts billing
- Administer field parts inventory
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable/Receivable Team Lead
- Engage in ongoing process enhancement initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrate proficiency with technology, and exhibit strong communication abilities in both French and English. Attention to detail and a collaborative spirit are essential. Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Dynamics AX is advantageous. This position offers the flexibility of telecommuting two days a week.
