Account Management Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and our plant facilities or sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of complex order issues.
  • Monitor and enter incoming sales orders, creating invoices and other documentation as needed.
  • Respond to customer requests for various documentation, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Oversee and resolve complex order issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and analyze metrics such as on-time delivery and order/product changes, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' customer service experience in an office environment, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing excellent service.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel, large databases, and data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals, with a customer service focus and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business, with a strong understanding of shipments and associated documentation.
  • Bilingual in French (written and oral) is considered an asset, with experience in the agricultural industry.
