Account Management Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers and our plant facilities or sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Monitor and enter incoming sales orders, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Create invoices and documentation based on sales orders, adhering to company standards.
- Respond to customer requests for various documentation, providing timely and effective support.
- Oversee and resolve complex order issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Handle customer service complaints, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Prepare and analyze metrics, such as on-time delivery and order/product changes, to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- 2 years' customer service experience in an office environment, with a strong focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and large databases, with excellent data entry skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong numbers orientation and attention to detail, with a self-starter mentality and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Business, with a strong understanding of shipments and associated documentation.
- Bilingual in French (written and oral) is considered an asset, enhancing our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
