About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bang's Bistro. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Staff Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that all kitchen supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained in a timely and efficient manner.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

35 hours per week, permanent position.
